Here’s another unique sneaker design from Lanvin’s Spring/Summer 2010 shoe collection. Navy neoprene fabric is covered with brown cut-out leather panels and burgundy trim outlines the top. This sneaker ($712) also includes brown laces, a white rubber sole and a navy leather pull-up tab. Lanvin remains a step ahead of their competition when it comes to interesting shoe design concepts and so it’s unsurprising that their footwear has gained more popularity over the years.
