Marcus Troy Collaborates with Nike Bespoke for Air Force 1 Sneaker Comeback

Popular Canadian urban fashion blogger Marcus Troy, who is known for his product reviews and personal insight, was given the opportunity to design his own exclusive pair of Nike Air Force 1’s. Last decade was practically the decade of the Air Force 1 sneaker, a retro sneaker which became the “it” shoe of the new millennium, due in part to celebrity endorsements. However as the Decade drew to a close, Air Force 1’s began to lose their status mainly because of over saturation.

Now it looks like blogger Marcus Troy aims to rejuvenate the falling Air Force 1 shoe with his Nike Sportswear Bespoke collaboration sneaker. The NikeiD Bespoke is a new design experience where the consumer works with a Nike design consultant in order to create their very own shoe. This carefully designed shoe features premium leather, suede, patent leather, Kevelar, waterproof denim Loopwheeler cotton lining and grey waxed laces. The Marcus Troy x Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 sneaker is valued at ($820) and if more Air Force 1’s receive this premium design treatment, there’s no doubt, AF1’s will make a true comeback.
