2010 Spring/Summer D&G Men's Collection

The D&G men's spring 2010 collection was the only one with a cowboy theme throughout the just concluded Milan Men's fashion week. Designers Domenico Dolce & Steffano Gabbana created beautifully studded denim jackets and boots. Craftsmanship was at its best in this collection, the jeans had a lived in luxe look and the leather goods appeared sturdy and practical.

2010 Rolls Royce Ghost

Rolls Royce CEO Tom Purves said the Ghost name is fitting for the new model because it evokes a sense of "adventure and technical inovation," as well as "flair and style."



Rolls also announced final specifications for this car. The 6.6-liter turbocharged V-12 will pump out 563 hp and 575 lb-ft of torque and will mate to a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. Zero to 60 mph is said to take 4.8 seconds, and the top speed will be governed at 155 mph. Likely to be shown in production trim at the Frankfurt auto show in September, the 2010 Ghost will slot below the current Phantom range and gives Rolls-Royce a more attainable model to compete against the Bentley Continental Flying Spur, as well as the upcoming 2010 Aston Martin Rapide.



The latter elements shouldn’t be an issue, as the Ghost will share the Goodwood plant’s paint, wood, and leather workshops with the Phantom (vehicle assembly will be handled by a separate production line). Stay tuned for more details closer to the unveiling. Base Price $245,000, plus taxes and delivery.

G-Shock x Brooklyn Circus (Catch Up)

I was taking a look at hypebeast.com and came across this new collaboration with New York’s The Brooklyn Circus. They join a busy month of DW-6900 drops for CASIO G-SHOCK. The retailer takes on a particular “Simple is Beautiful” philosophy with a two-tone design which also includes an elephant logo back-light.

Getting your hands on one of these watches will be damn near impossible in the New York area, but for those in Atlanta I called a friend of mine at Striver's Row (774 N Highland Ave. 678) 973-0045) who is allowing pre-orders (as the actual release for Atlanta will be August 5th. Retail about $200, to coincide with the 200 overall watches released (he said he does not know how many he is getting). Thats 200 for all Brooklyn Circus Stores and their affiliates!!

Here is an interesting project. Not sure about other cities on the east coast but we've had our fair share of rain in Atlanta and it’s been raining a lot in New York over that last few months, these apartments might be needed soon. The modern day Noah’s Arc for people this time! Designed by the dutch firm Waterstudio, The Citadel – Floating Apartments will house 60 units.

Air Jodan 12 Flu - Game

Many of us true Michael Jordan fans remember this pic during the 1997 Finals when Jordan dominated with 38 points all while having the Flu. Commemorating that game, Nike is bringing forth the Air Jodan 12 (black and red colorway) dubbed the name "Flu Game".

There are some interesting features to the shoe, like the 38 for the points scored, 97, which was the year it happened, and of course the sick face smiley.

Release date later this year, but the guys at nicekicks.com have found a retailer (OSneaker) where you can cop early for the price of $275.

A.R.C - Nike Dunk Hi

Here are pics from the A.R.C and Nike Collaboration, called the Nike Dunk Hi Supreme TZ.

Specifically, this collaboration design will release this Saturday, August 1st, at 2PM. As for its makeup, this shoe features a mostly black suede base combined with a sticky rubber 0.44 outsole. Other features include Cordura and Dynafil TS 70 materials along with a Schoeller upper. In addition, this particular sneaker possesses a fabric that is friction, water, dirt and oil repellent resistant.

Stylestalker Studded Skirt
